Introduction


Pesmerga is apearred in Suikoden 1 and Suikoden 2. He is the one strong character. Little is known of him save that he is chasing Yuber for reasons unknown.

Biography

A figure about which nearly nothing
is known, Pesmerga is the nemesis of Yuber and has been hunting him down for an unspecified amount of time. Pesmerga journeyed to Toran when he heard Neclord was appointed governor of Lorimar as Neclord and Yuber had dealings in the past. Finding Neclord defeated, Pesmerga joined the Toran Liberation Army towards the conclusion of the Liberation War in order to find Yuber, who was working under Windy in the Imperial Army. Pesmerga was a mystery to everyone around him, it is said that he makes no noise when he moves, despite his large metal armour.
He actually confronted Yuber soon after the defeat of the Imperial Army at Gregminster and clashed against each other in battle. However, Yuber fled the scene shortly into the battle, forcing Pesmerga to begin his pursuit anew.
Three years later, Pesmerga joined the Allied Army upon hearing of Yuber's appointment to general in the Highland Army. During his stay in the Allied Army, the detective Richmond pointed out that he had never noticed Pesmerga sleeping, or eating. Yuber fled the scene at L'Renouille prior to the final battle, forcing Pesmerga to begin searching again for his nemesis after the war. Pesmerga's whereabouts are unknown, and he appeared not to have caught up with Yuber by 475, when Yuber allied himself with Luc and Albert Silverberg in the Grasslands War.

The Most Popular Suikoden Character?

Although a relatively minor character in every sense of the word "minor," Pesmerga is generally regarded as one of the most thought-provoking characters in the entire Suikoden franchise. Whether he has a larger role in future games has yet to be determined. Nevertheless, he is also among the most popular figures in the Suikoden universe and will continue to be until the series concludes. Does he hold the keys to unlocking the secrets of the universe?
